If Visitor is logged in to Visitor's account the legal ground based on our legitimate interest. 

If Visitor is logged in to LUXCELLENT's Website account the legal ground is fulfilment of LUXCELLENT's Terms and Conditions.

How long do Company saves Visitor's data? 
LUXCELLENT does not save Visitor's personal data. Visitor can easily erase cookies from Visitor's computer or mobile device using Visitor's browser. For instructions on how to handle and delete cookies please look under "Help" in Visitor's browser. Visitor can choose to disable cookies, or to receive a notification each time a new cookie is sent to Visitor's computer or mobile device.
