Drop sale is exclusively for Luxcellent App. We will drop one item for heavily discounted price per day.
2. How do I download Luxcellent App?
Please visit your Apple App store (ios) or Google Play store (andriod) and search for "Luxcellent" in the store.
Download our Luxcellent app and sign up for an account for a faster checkout process.
3. How many drop sale item will there be per day?
There will only be ONE time per day for the drop sale.
4. Is Drop sale item a final sale?
Yes. Drop sale items cannot be returned.
5. Can I purchase drop sale item on Luxcellent website or other platform?
No, Drop sale is exclusively for Luxcellent app.
6. Does LUXCELLENT®ship to international locations?
No. Domestic shipping only.
7. What if I miss the drop sale item for the day?
Please come back on the next day for another drop sale item. Once a drop sale item is sold to a customer, the order will be final and we will not be able to resell that item.
