RETURN

Simply email us within 3 days of delivery and let us know the reason and we will review and decide if we can accept your return request. Please note that if your return reason is not a reason that we can control, for example, a delay with carrier or package is not arriving on time, etc., we will not approve your return request. Please ensure our company tag is intact when you make a return. 

For domestic return: A non-refundable 4% fee (4% of your order total) and a $35 handling fee will be deducted before a refund is issued. 

For international return: No return will be accepted.
