For eligible returns that have successfully returned the item(s), refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. Refund will be issued after deducting a non-refundable and mandatory 4% fee from your order total (4% of your order total amount) and a $35 handling fee*.
*$35 handling fee can be waived only if customer decides to use customer's own shipping label with full insurance and signature. Insurance claims will be customer's sole responsibility by using customer's own label.
Processing Time:It takes up to 5 business to process a refund and 7-10 business days for the refund to go back to your original payment method.
Cancellation request may be accepted if a tracking number has not been entered/order has not been marked as fulfilled. For status of the order, please visit My Account > Order History for detail. Cancellation request is not guaranteed and LUXCELLENT reserves the right to cancel or not to cancel an order.
